Overview

CONAH, a Los Angeles-based fresh produce importer and distributor, needed packaging that would stand out in competitive retail environments while communicating freshness and value. The challenge was creating visually impactful designs that elevated brand presence while remaining cost-efficient for high-volume production and distribution through major retailers including Costco.

Design Solutions

  • Complete Brand Identity — Developed brand identity from company inception including logo, visual system, and brand guidelines.
  • Comprehensive Packaging System — Designed 80+ produce labels and 30+ box and packaging designs with bold, high-contrast layouts, clear product photography, and strong typography to stand out in crowded retail environments.
  • Flexible Template System — Created modular packaging templates that maintained brand consistency while accommodating diverse product categories, seasonal offerings, and production constraints.

Outcome

The brand identity and packaging system successfully established CONAH's presence in competitive retail environments including Costco and other major chains. The modular design approach continues to support the company's expanding product line while maintaining consistent brand recognition and cost-efficient production across 80+ labels and 30+ packaging formats.
